Let’s make it clear.
Time windows, deadlines, Fragments, claims and payments explained.
Time windows at a glance
The 7-day deposit age limit, 24-hour wager deadline and 72-hour Fragment window are separate rules. None of them resets at midnight.
| FEATURE | TIME WINDOW | HOW IT WORKS |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit age | Up to 7 days | Your deposit must have been made within the past 168 hours when you register it. |
| Deposit wager target | 24 hours | Starts when your deposit is successfully verified and registered here. |
| Wager Fragments | Rolling 72 hours | Looks backward from each check at eligible, unclaimed settled wager. |
| Leaderboard | Selected period | Uses the official start and end dates supplied by BattleBlox. |
| Creator verification | No expiry date | A verified social profile stays verified unless it is removed or its status changes. |
| Reviews & BUX payments | No fixed schedule | Staff review claims and make payments manually. Approval and payment are separate steps. |
Finish before the deadline. Claim after it.
- Registered: . Your 24-hour wager window starts.
- Target completed: . Eligible wager has settled, 20 minutes before the deadline.
- Deadline: . Later wager stops counting toward this bonus.
- You return: . You can still claim once BattleBlox confirms the on-time completion and this remains your latest eligible deposit.
You do not need to visit the site before the deadline. The target must be completed in time, and Claim requires verified history.
Dates & time zones
Which time zone am I looking at?
Account dates and activity use Halifax time by default. You can choose Halifax, UTC or your device’s local time in Account Settings. Look for the time-zone label beside a timestamp. Leaderboard period dates always use Halifax time so everyone sees the same period.
Can changing my time zone extend a deadline?
No. Changing the display time zone only changes how a date is written. A 24-hour window is 24 elapsed hours, and 7 days is 168 elapsed hours. A different calendar date or a daylight-saving clock change does not give you extra time. Use the deadline shown on your deposit.
What do the different date labels mean?
Registered is when your deposit’s wager window began. Deadline is the last eligible settlement time. History through tells you how far BattleBlox’s verified history has been checked. Submitted is when a claim or clip was sent. Reviewed is when staff made a decision. Paid is when staff recorded the payment. These timestamps describe different events.
Fragments, BUX and balances
What are Fragments and BUX?
Fragments are your single balance for arcade games and wheel spins. BUX rewards are paid manually on BattleBlox after staff review. Coins is an alternate display for BUX.
How do I claim wager Fragments?
Open the Arcade and press Claim Fragments. Every 20 Coins of eligible weighted wager settled within the last 72 hours earns 1 Fragment. The server checks BattleBlox history and credits the claim immediately. Wager already used for a claim cannot earn again, even after you spend the Fragments.
Does the 72-hour window reset at midnight?
No. It moves continuously and looks back exactly 72 hours from each check. Unclaimed wager leaves the window as it gets older than 72 hours, so your claimable amount can fall if you wait. Only the unused wager still inside the window counts toward the next Fragment. Fragments already credited to your balance are not removed when the underlying wager ages out.
Arcade & wheel
What do Towers, Mines and wheel spins cost?
Each new Towers or Mines round costs 1 Fragment. Clearing Towers pays 2 Fragments. Collecting in Mines pays the prize plus your entry Fragment. Resuming an active round does not charge again. Wheel costs 25 Fragments and Super Wheel costs 250. Super Wheel pays ten times the BUX per outcome with the same odds.
When does a wheel win enter the payout queue?
The server saves the win and creates a pending BUX payout before the spin animation finishes. You do not need to press Claim for a wheel win. Staff review it, pay on BattleBlox and mark it paid with a payment reference. Track its status in Account.
What happens if I refresh during a spin?
The saved outcome and payout request remain on the server. Retrying the same operation returns that result without another debit or payout. The animation’s finish time is not the payment time.
Deposit bonuses
When should I add a deposit, and what details must match?
Use code FRAG on BattleBlox and register the deposit here before you play. Copy the exact transaction ID from your transaction history, and enter the matching amount in the selected currency. BattleBlox must confirm the transaction for your linked player. Failed registration does not start a wager window.
How old can a deposit be?
It must be no more than 7 days old when it is registered here. This uses the original deposit timestamp from BattleBlox, not a date you enter. A recent confirmation does not make an older deposit new again. A transaction ID that has already been registered cannot be reused.
Exactly when does the 24-hour clock start?
It starts when the site successfully verifies and registers your deposit. The CURRENT DEPOSIT panel shows Registered and Deadline. You get 24 elapsed hours from that registration time. It is not a midnight reset, and refreshing or reopening the site does not restart it. The 7-day age limit is checked at registration; a valid registration still receives the full 24-hour window.
Which wagers count before the deadline?
Complete 2.5 times your full deposit in eligible weighted wager. Only rounds settled after registration and no later than the deadline count. Wager settled before registration does not count. A round started before the deadline but settled afterward does not count. The progress bar uses BattleBlox’s settled weighted wager, which may differ from the raw amount you bet.
Can I visit after the deadline and still claim?
Yes, if you completed the target within the original 24-hour window and this is still your latest eligible deposit. You do not need to visit the site before the deadline. When you return, the site checks BattleBlox’s history through that deadline and can show Ready to claim. Submit the matching deposit screenshot for review. A claim still requires BattleBlox verification; visiting later does not make late wagers eligible.
What if the deadline passes before I finish?
The unfinished bonus expires. Wager settled after the deadline cannot complete it, and refreshing does not extend it. If history is temporarily unavailable, the site must verify it before unlocking Claim. The countdown shows time remaining; it is not proof that your wager target has been reached.
Can I replace a deposit or return to an older one?
Only your latest registered deposit counts. Confirming a replacement gives the new, verified deposit its own wager window. The replaced deposit stays in history and cannot be claimed, even if its old target was completed. You cannot add another deposit while a Studio or deposit reward claim is awaiting review.
How is my bonus calculated?
Your first bonus pays 20% on the first 500 Coins and 10% above that. Later bonuses pay 10% on the first 1,000 Coins and 5% above that. Each bonus is capped at 200 Coins. The wager target always uses 2.5 times the full deposit.
Leaderboard dates
When does the leaderboard period end?
Use the start and end dates shown for the selected BattleBlox period. The countdown refers to that period’s end, not your deposit deadline or Fragment claim window. Past periods are historical results. Period dates come from BattleBlox, so do not assume a fixed monthly reset date. If a period is paused, the board shows Paused and may show frozen time remaining.
What does the leaderboard’s Updated date mean?
It is the timestamp supplied with the leaderboard data. It is not a payment date or the time of your most recent bet. A stale-data notice means the site is showing an earlier valid snapshot while it waits for a new one.
Creator Studio
Does social account verification expire?
No. Add the profile in Studio, put the generated code in your public bio and submit evidence for manual review. Once verified, the profile has no scheduled expiry date. If you remove it or staff change its status, verification may be required again. We never ask for a platform password.
When do views become claimable rewards?
Reported views become reward accruals only after a reviewer approves them. Each newly reached block of 1,000 approved views accrues 1 Fragment and 500 BUX. Press Claim in Studio to submit those accrued rewards for review. Previously approved view blocks cannot earn twice. A clip’s submission date is not a promise of an approval or payment date.
Does a request for changes restart the deposit deadline?
No. Read the reviewer’s note in Account. Studio accruals become claimable again after a request for changes. A deposit’s original registration time and wager deadline stay the same. If its target was completed in time, corrected deposit proof can be submitted afterward once verification confirms eligibility. A rejected claim does not credit rewards.
Claim reviews & payment times
When are claimed rewards added to my account?
Approved Studio and deposit claims credit any eligible Fragments to your balance and queue BUX for payment. Claiming wager Fragments in the Arcade credits them immediately. A wheel win enters the BUX review queue automatically. Only one Studio or deposit reward claim may await review at a time; wait for a decision before submitting another.
Does Approved mean I have been paid?
No. Pending means review is still outstanding. Approved means the review passed; BUX can still be waiting for manual payment. Paid means staff recorded the completed BattleBlox payment and its reference. Check the payout status and paid timestamp, not just the claim’s approval date.
How long do review and payment take?
Reviews and BUX payments are manual. There is no automatic daily payment time or guaranteed turnaround shown by the site. A submission date, approval date or expired wager countdown is not a scheduled payment date. Read the saved note and contact the FRAGEI team through Discord if you need an update.
Account & support
What if I rename my BattleBlox account?
Sign in using the new BattleBlox username and your existing FRAGEI password. The site identifies the same player ID and updates your saved username. After that update, use the new username to sign in. The admin payout dashboard shows the updated recipient name, including for pending rewards; historical records can retain the original submitted name.
Which password do I use?
Use the password you created for FRAGEI with your verified BattleBlox username. New FRAGEI passwords must contain at least 8 characters.
Can I export my dates and records?
Yes. Account Settings includes an export of your profile, submissions, ledgers, claims and payout records, including their stored timestamps.
How do I ask about a deadline, review or payment?
Check the transaction ID, displayed deadline, claim status and saved review note. Contact the FRAGEI team through the linked Discord with the relevant details. The site does not send a support message on your behalf.
